Petroleum Equity Partners LLC was built on the premise that, through an appropriately structured and supported investment platform, individual investors can participate alongside established operators in building a diversified portfolio of producing energy assets.

The Judgment Behind the Company
Petroleum Equity Partners was founded on the belief that access to an investment opportunity is only the beginning. The more important questions concern how that opportunity is evaluated, how investor capital is deployed, and how the interests of those making decisions are aligned with the investors providing the capital. Rather than beginning with an inventory of wells to sell, PEP began by defining an investment strategy, commissioning independent industry analysis, and designing an organizational structure intended to support disciplined, technically informed decision-making. The resulting model combines independent analytical resources, specialized petroleum engineering and geoscience expertise, and a diversified approach to acquiring non-operated working interests. PEP’s objective is to establish a disciplined framework for evaluating, selecting, and managing those investments over time.
